The introductory session of the training, which covered the basics of effective presentations, but the content is a bit elementary for some seasoned designers. While certain designers may not be accustomed to the mentoring style of trainer.

 

However, the team is open to hearing feedback and adjust accordingly. Trainer created a welcoming and supportive learning atmosphere during 1 on 1 training session. The approachable teaching style put participants at ease and encouraged active engagement. Trainer was patient to answer questions, provided constructive suggestions for improvement like tone of voice, content structure and overall delivery. The helpful and individualized suggestions was greatly appreciated.
