To strengthen the managerial capabilities of Hong Kong leaders and support transformation and upgrading across industries—including SMEs and long-established legacy brands—amid a challenging economic climate, we are launching the Modern Leadership Training Series. The program is personally designed and delivered by star corporate training consultant Yip Hing Wing (SAM SIR). Each module is tailored to real managerial contexts in Hong Kong, translating enterprise-grade training methods into a practical, ready-to-apply public leadership program.

The first module is a 3-hour hands-on workshop designed for managers and team leaders, helping you build a high-efficiency closed-loop execution approach—from task alignment and ownership to performance review and follow-through. By the end of the session, you will take home ready-to-use leadership dialogue templates and practical tools that can be applied immediately to elevate your leadership effectiveness and team performance.

Mr. Yip is a seasoned consultant and training professional with close to two decades of experience in talent development, leadership, team building, and customer relationship management. With his extensive background in business development and human resource management, he has successfully assisted various organizations in implementing hundreds of training programs and talent development projects, achieving outstanding results. As a performance coach and consultant for multiple organizations, Sam sir specializes in four key areas: corporate transformation, leadership, team building, and premium customer service. He is one of the few training consultants actively engaged across commercial brands, government departments, and social welfare organizations.
